PA6 GF50 HSL

◆ Material : PA6 reinforced with 50% glass fiber, featuring excellent surface finish, high strength, good dimensional stability and thermal aging resistance.

◆ Characteristics : Ultra-high strength steel equivalent: Tensile strength ≈ 230 MPa, flexural modulus ≈ 14 GPa. Its performance is close to metals, enabling weight reduction and metal replacement. Long-term heat resistance: It features Class H thermal stability and can be used continuously at **130–140°C** with excellent thermal aging resistance. Lubricity and wear resistance: Built-in S-type internal lubrication delivers low friction, outstanding wear resistance and easy demoulding, making it ideal for complex moulds. Dimensional stability: Low warpage and low shrinkage (≈0.3%), maintaining stable dimensions even in humid environments. Oil and chemical resistance: Resistant to engine oil, fuel, acids and alkalis, suitable for engine components and fluid-handling parts. Drawbacks: Relatively high water absorption; not suitable for long-term immersion in seawater or hot water.

◆ Purpose : Automotive (Main Applications): Engine brackets, turbo housings, valve covers, transmission housings, chassis suspension, steering and brake components, high-strength gears and bearing housings. Industrial Machinery: Pump bodies, valves, high-pressure housings, heavy-duty gears, bearing housings, transmission parts and wear-resistant sliding blocks. Electronics & Electrical Appliances: High-voltage connectors, motor end covers, sensor housings and support structures for high-power electrical devices. Marine & Offshore (Dry Applications): Heavy-duty deck brackets, equipment bases, steering gear structures and high-strength indoor frames (not exposed to water).
